Excel Solver - Microsoft Community

hello, solver showing has been disabled , not let me add add in. have uninstalled office 365 , reinstalled , still not work. had idea may causing problem? says add in disabled user after data execution prevention failure on options screen. when click on try add it gives error reads c:\program file(x86)\microsfot office\root\office16\library\solver/solver.xlam. 3 reasons file path not found, file being used program, or worksheet trying save has same name current worksheet open. appreciated. thank you.

we appreciate efforts towards resolving issue. it's possible caused third party application conflict. suggest first download , run windows app troubleshooter on link. troubleshooter automatically diagnoses , repair common problems windows apps. once done, try add solver add-in again.
