Excel not loading on ipad - Microsoft Community

have removed ipad , re installed, didnt work. have been settings/excel , reset. deleted sign in credentials. doesnt work. excel load when tap icon when try load file whole thing disappears ipad. can please?

  • when did issue start?
  • is issue isolated excel? other office apps installed on ipad?
  • did restart ipad after removing excel , sign in credentials?
