error code 30188-39 while install office 365 - Microsoft Community

i have same problem. able install office 365 portal last week. then, having issue on why cannot open microsoft excel file explorer. so, tried repairing (online) office suggested in 1 of forums after process, office 365 disappeared in computer. tried downloading again , receiving error code 30188-39. please!

i've tried system file checker tool, still unsuccessful :(

based on description, problem occurred after tried repairing (online).

also try use easy fix tool uninstall office try again

repair office application

 

could please double check app , feature ensure office doesn’t exists in computer?

(control panel>programs>programs , features)

and let know result.
