Can't access microsoft.com or cnn.com. - Microsoft Community

hi

when try connect support.microsoft.com.,  nothing comes up.

its white.

this happens when try connect cnn.com.

just two, others work.

ran virus scan, nothing found.  using ie11 , windows 10 home

why happening? not know.

i shut off , seems working.
