Black screen on update - Microsoft Community

for reason time install insiders build (and possibly blued not installed external updater program) windows 10 logs me in black screen pointer. tried going in regedit every thing fine. nave mode trick did not work. nor did winkey+p. pleas help.

to resolve concern, need further details on issue. please provide following information:

 

  • which build version referring to?
  • once pc boots up, can see login screen? or black screen starts upon boot up?
  • how able access registry editor?
  • do have icons available on start menu?
  • is possible provide screenshot of black screen?
