Windows 16299 rs3 release Black Screen - Microsoft Community

i have updated windows above build, i'm facing black screen after login. taking hours respond simplistic of tasks. 

i have tried:

1. safe mode, driver investigation, ok

2. reinstalled video drivers, no effect

3. windows key + p incase of being 'projected' device

4. startup repair

5. dskchk , sfc

this second attempt @ installing , i'm still facing same issues. 

specs:

msi 970a mb

8gb ram

3.8ghz amd quad core fx4300

nvidia 950 gtx

1tb hdd

moved from:  windows insider program / windows insider preview / install, upgrade, , activate / pc

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
