Windows 16299 rs3 release Black Screen - Microsoft Community

i have updated windows above build, i'm facing black screen after login. taking hours respond simplistic of tasks. 

i have tried:

1. safe mode, driver investigation, ok

2. reinstalled video drivers, no effect

3. windows key + p incase of being 'projected' device

4. startup repair

5. dskchk , sfc

this second attempt @ installing , i'm still facing same issues. 

specs:

msi 970a mb

8gb ram

3.8ghz amd quad core fx4300

nvidia 950 gtx

1tb hdd

moved from:  windows insider program / windows insider preview / install, upgrade, , activate / pc

we isolate issue you're having right now. provided workaround appreciated , normal procedures in isolating issue.

we suggest check , review our article topic our support site on how troubleshoot kind of issue on link. please take note of action 3 , 4 under "i see black or blank screen after signing in windows 10" on step 2.
