have downloaded windows insider preview on system when asks restart finish installing update, after restart while working on update goes till 15% , restarts again. after restart shows getting previous version. have tried 3 times still same problem persists. in update history shows windows insider preview requires restart finish installing no restart option shown there. please help. have contacted microsoft through option cant solution.

if have 3rd party security program installed, need uninstall uninstaller provided maker. if not, need provide hardware details, os you're trying upgrade from, , build of preview you're trying upgrade to.
