note: if access refs volume windows 10 build 16257 or newer,
converts refs version 3.3. makes unreadable earlier
windows 10 versions, such build 15063, , shows raw in diskpart.
access newer insider builds still works, data not gone.
refs user upgrades fall creators update ,
reason rolls 15063 see raw refs volumes.
have tested simple volumes , not storage spaces.

home users you're not going notice any...

in case home users haven't lost using anyway.
