office subscription - Microsoft Community

trying access office subscription.  boss purchased me. used 1 month free trial before purchased.  have put in codes, given debit information. won't let me go farther because says email not associated account.  have used emails, , set new 1 because office said other emails associated office account.  know not have open account office.  office has been purchased microsoft won't allow me access it.  do?

to better understand situation, i'd confirm following things:

1. office subscription, office 365 home, personal or office 365 business?

2. mentioned "my boss purchased me", mean boss purchase plan microsoft account or sign free trail you? in situation, think can contact him, check account used sign up/purchase plan.
3. want download office suite, re-activate or renew it? capture screenshot "says email not associated account". want know operation want do.
