Office 2016 failed to install? - Microsoft Community

i attempted upgrade office 2010 office 2016.  ran installer package, , software seemed install properly.  when open word or other office programs they're still office 2010 (when go file:help).  when click on start menu program list, see office 2010 , "microsoft office 2016 tools", not 2016 programs.  in programs , features listing in control panel, see both office 2010 , office 2016.  need upgrade work?
