Nested or Cascading Queries Need assistance creating one - Microsoft Community

good monring,

i working on database in want combine several queries.  have 1 table contains incident reports hopsital. table list each incident , incident type.  created 6 quesries regroup incident  type down 18 categories.  ho can combine these quries 1 make sure al incidents have been reclassified.  tried , have had limited success.  when add quiries ton of duplicate records.

greetings,
need provide more information regarding table/fields. isn't clear mean type , category. there fields need know about?

sample sql views , data helpful.
