Locked out of teacher account for signin - Microsoft Community

office 365 says account has expired.

i went sign in educator email. says recognizes when try sign in says doesn't exist! can't forgot password because doesn't recognize email... when went office 365 sign again said have account us... confused. help!

if email account still exists in office 365 can't login in educator email , gives error email doesn't exist, suggest contact administrator. able access educator email since ones have access it.
