How to generate a Shut Down in build 16362.1000 - Microsoft Community

how can generate shut down of system without using power> shutdown?

when try shut system down using power>shut down menu, right clicking bottom left corner , selecting shut down, task manager screen or log in screen, system tells me shutting down restarts.

this has started happening after build 16362 installed today.

i have had revert throwing power switch as the machine does it's post.

ctrl alt delete  keys lower right power icon click on should shut down.
