i not being able access account due failure in activation

**moved from: windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate / pc**

hi,

activating office subscription gives opportunity use application on full function. provide appropriate resolution, we'd know more details. supply answer questions below:

  • are trying access account through outlook app?
  • are getting error messages when trying activate office? if yes, kindly provide exact error message.
  • which office 2016 package have? (office home , student, office home , business or office 365 subscription)

looking forward response , can't wait sort things out.
