error message when trying to open a hyperlink in excel - Microsoft Community

i have been using hyperlinks years , of sudden message.    uninstalled office , reinstalled, , still message.

this computer not part of "organization".  personal computer.

see: hyperlinks not working in outlook (applies other office applications too)
