Cycling app crashes - Microsoft Community

every time try open cyclemeter or other ride tracking app app crashes. have tried reinstalling apps, have taken phone factory settings no avail. apps ran fine on year on nokia lumia 550 windows 10. 

if turn location setting off aim doesn't crash of course useless.

any ideas?

the issue fitness app using might have been caused software incompatibility.

we recommend in touch developer of app in question , report issue, or can install similar fitness app on phone.

feel free post if have concerns related community.
