conditional formatting rows with specific information in one cell - Microsoft Community

have read lot how conditional formatting row.  but cannot work.. 

have 4 columns.  when puerto lara shows in 1 specific column, highlight row.

  have attached screenshot.   

when use formula  =$c2="puerto lara"   row below row has puerto lara in highlights.  so must close.

but changing c b or not highlight anything.

i part way through creating previous post , reason submitted , had edit it. don't know if did wrong or happened.

however, post email notification because otherwise not notification re edits on posts.
