Cannot zoom in or out in Internet Explorer 11

i hate using ie i'm not familiar it, 1 of service providers forcing me use use product.

the product research tool loads of documents. need able zoom in because standard text small, can't find zoom function on ie.

i've tried ctrl+mouse scroll , doesn't work.

i've gone gear icon @ top right hand side of screen , there's no "view" or "zoom" or "resize" option.

(there's greyed out "zoom 100%" since it's greyed out, can't it.)

there's no "accessibility" option.

how on earth make writing bigger?

i'm on windows 10.

i use windows defender

i don't know if there other anti-virus software installed previously, not i'm aware of.

if open tools, there zoom , there customize zoom , zoom , out using ctrl + or - .

in addition, may right click on internet explorer , check status bar , zoom option in bottom right corner.
