Access 2016 import external file causes Access to crash - Microsoft Community

i have spent last 3 days trying import excel file access. (2016 versions) received error said there problem add in, security warning came saying there no verified source , virus. disabled it, thinking maybe virus. have tried uninstalling , reinstalling office 365 2016 , microsoft office 2016, same error every timed. advised enable add in, not listed @ all. doesnt come in disabled add in. 

my question how add add in/ wizard access stop crashing every time try import file?
