MSN.com homepage loads then quits - Microsoft Community

this started happening morning.  msn.com homepage loads, quits , message:

"this page not available right now.  can happen when have internet connectivity problems or running software/plugins affect internet traffic.  click here try page again or visit:  http://www.msn.com." 

i use google chrome browser.  far, don't have other problems accessing other websites or e-mail.  msn.com work on explorer, prefer use chrome.  suggestions?

also, ref noted error message:

there should error in eventviewer such event id 1000

humor me 1 more step. reset google chrome browser

retry webpage.

if not resolve issue, contact google chrome support
