bought a microsoft lumia 540 dual simlast year. started heating no reason. no support / authorized dealer shops available . looking support.

in cases, normal phone feel warm. example, when using multiple high-performing apps, listening music extended time, when downloading extensive amounts of data or when phone charging. assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • when did issue start?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • which version of windows using?
