Microsoft Edge Reinstallation - Microsoft Community

hello, 

my microsoft edge got corrupted because of virus, due not load.  start second , shut on own

i uninstalled edge system using "uninstall edge" application, make clean reinstall of edge. since not reinstall edge...

i copy/paste following command in powershell (c: users\username)  but command not execute

get-appxpackage -allusers -name microsoft.microsoftedge | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register “$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml” -verbose}

pls note, microsoft edge uninstalled windows 10, directory“microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe”

and edge desktop icon not exist on system.. how can above command executed in powershell, i fail u/stand.

the above command work if trying delete content inside "microsoftedge............" directory. talking reinstalling entire microsoft edge application back....hope u/stand.

if no comes microsoft, have reinstall windows 10 again

because above folder not have executables, user data. 

the executables here: %windir%\systemapps\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe

to make commandlet work, following conditions need met:

1. powershell needs know microsoft.microsoftedge
2. the systemapps folder needs occupied package executables, including appxmanifest.xml

1st condition not met means powershell merely nothing , return prompt

2nd condition not met means powershell issue path not found error
