Hybrid Office 365/Exchange 2010 next step question - Microsoft Community

have our current hybrid office 365/exchange 2010 deployment in final stages.  need advice on how proceed next step.  have our inbound mail, mx record, sending mail our on-premise exchange 2010 servers.  forward mail our office 365 environment.  have migrated of our active users office 365 , change mail flow mail goes office 365 , office 365 forwards mail cannot handle our on-premise exchange server.  know first step alter mx record what, if changes, need made on office 365 side or exchange 2010 side?
