Excel formula to determine the highest volume on a given week day in a - Microsoft Community

i have spreadsheet verify charges group of customers on large range of dates. 1 column contains dates of service. each cutomer's info attached each date.

i am able to find the average volume per day of week (mon, tues, weds, . . . etc). but,  i see highest and lowest volumes were each given day. so, monday can see average volume, highest volume, , lowest?

any advice appreciated . . .
