after synchronizing ou o365 on premises ad able sign skype business using upn, able change
passwords in ad on premises , sign out of skype , sign in new password. problem experiencing
when adding new users or moving existing users ou password doesn't work. new or moved user added o365.

sync service manager shows no errors neither azure ad show sync errors.

through private message, replied"thanks getting me, customer using office 2016 pro kms, seems effects signing in skype business, i.e if user has
installed office365 pro portal don't have issue. version of skype seems allow user has been moved synchronised ou sign in."
