Resolve the 0xE000002E (Out of Sync with Store) error in - Microsoft Community

i getting above error on 1 of onenote notebooks.  the forum page says error should resolve manual sync.  i have tried many times.  i have closed , restarted.  i have waited.  i continue same error on same notebook, not sync.

this error shows if notebook cannot synced automatically. understand tried possible steps avoid getting error on notebook. since still getting same issue, suggest try detailed steps on link , refer article under notes won't sync if haven't tried yet.

let know status can assist further.
