hi rob,

 

if use work or school account access onedrive business service, please contact office 365 admin reset password. reference: section how reset office 365 business password else in article admins: reset office 365 business passwords. if admin , there admin in organization, may contact him/her reset password or reset password yourself.

 

if use microsoft account access personal onedrive service, please refer when can't sign in microsoft account.

 

besides, have sent private message calls made microsoft, please access provide information mentioned there.
