i bought new laptop , trying activate licence, gives me error saying email not connected email. ijust received code on email bit confuse. can ?????

please check article see if helps: activate office 365, office 2016, or office 2013

if not, provide following info our analysis:

1.is office preinstalled laptop or install somewhere? if installed yourself, share download url.

2.are using office 365 home or office 365 business subscription? if use office 365 business, go page , check if have the the latest desktop version of office license.

3.show how activate office , provide screenshots of error message got.
