Formula to change numbers proportionally to sum up to same number - Microsoft Community

hi everyone,

i trying create formula cells (say a1-a3) add number (say 3000). want if change value in 1 cell (say a1), other cells (a2 , a3) proportionately change sum 3000.

ex. a1 = 1000

     a2 = 1000

     a3 = 1000

sum=3000

now if change a1=1500

i want a2 , a3 change 750 sum 3000

please , thank in advance help!
