apparently microsoft office uses different email regular microsoft account. suggestions?

it’s possible installed components of office suite missing after upgrade , that’s reason why program asking reactivation. better assist you, we’d ask these questions:
- where did purchase office program? in our microsoft store or in retail store?
- do still have product key or disc of software?
- are able log in using microsoft account has been used program? if not, error message comes up?
as initial recommendation, suggest perform online repair office fix problem caused missing installation components. check article steps on how it. once it’s finished, restart computer , check if issue still persists.
