i want create user form login , logout attendance of employees in office 2016 mac.

if create form in excel 2016 mac, not feasible achieve it. in case, i'd invite submit idea @ our user voice or vote similar idea submitted customer. many features have been designed or upgraded based on customers’ comments. understanding highly appreciated.
