please confirm version of internet explorer you're using. check, refer steps below:

1. open internet explorer, select tools button (or help button if you’re using internet explorer 8).

2. choose about internet explorer.

meanwhile, recommend checking article to unblock website. follow steps under security zones.

note: go bottom of article to older versions of internet explorer.
