Refrencing data from a line graph on Excel - Microsoft Community

warning not pro on excel, know way around pretty good. hope can understand me!!

i have made line graph using specific data , able enter of numbers on separate sheet , cell reference line graph. if 

ex:      

what want enter on sheet 1

pressure 10 psi
temperature -2 deg. f

what want entry on sheet 1 calculate

water content/lbs 99 lbs

what have made

temperature deg. f
water content /lbs -1 -2 -3 -4
