Outlook (Contacts) Sync since Tues. 05.12.2017 - Microsoft Community

on 950xl have latest version of windows phone installed.

i have 2 e-mail accounts linked phone- primary "hotmail" (live) account (which uses same e-mail address corporate account) , secondary company corporate account.

since tuesday, have no access corporate contacts on windows phone - contacts empty (i have 1 contact left (?)) on phone. (o365) , pc  contacts still available.

i can try synchronise corporate account on phone as like, e-mail current , "one calendar" current , synchronising normally.

if go "settings" in contacts, shown 2 accounts - primary (top on ein list) "hotmail" yellow message "action erforderlich" (action required). corporate account (mail , calendar) has no warning , appears have no issue.

if select hotmail account, tells me problem has occurred , "m.hotmail.com"  can't synchronised. (blah, blah, blah) 0x85010014.

i can logon "hotmail" (live) account without issue pc, can't outlook.live.com "hotmail" account. following messages:

i know sounds strange, have feeling corporate contacts sync being blocked problem "hotmail" account. experiencing same problem? can tell me going on, or how might resolve issue "hotmail" account? if it's "primary" (my phone listed linked device in live) can delete / recreate account without screwing unit up? (however, judging problem outlook.live.comit seems be  "live" problem...

it hotmail account blocking contacts. try removing hotmail email settings of phone, perform soft reset, , re-add hotmail email again. way can isolate if it's hotmail account causing issue.
