i have office 365 subscription , trying 1 drive. i need find out how can contact microsoft support either phone or email. first tried support phone. after being transferred many times, said call me back, didn't. then tried email , got following message:
we failed identify customer, due issue on our end. please send email our support team @ *** email address removed privacy *** following

so emailed address , got following response:
if sign-in uses company credentials or looks *** email address removed privacy ***:
we recommend contact crm online administrator. have administrator contact technical support.
web support (recommended): sign in office 365 account , submit web ticket
i did not understand want--i don't have company credentials, , signed in, since emailed them on outlook. i emailed them got no reply.
i want know how help. please not ask me ask microsoft community. i did that, , give me long, complicated lists of things try confusing , don't work. i suspect trying rid of me. need go on computer remotely , me figure out.
