iPhone and iPad OneNote App Can't Sync with Sharepoint Error - Microsoft Community

hi,

is else having issues synchronizing onenote files sharepoint using ios devices?

i have notebooks stored on our sharepoint site after recent updates stopped synchronizing error code 0x803d000a.

i've tried signing out , in, , deleting app , reinstalling nothing has helped.

currently i'm trying isolate exact conditions may have caused this, there 2 major updates happened around same time i'm aware of: ios 11 update, , windows 10 creators edition update.

the notebooks sync fine on surface pro 4 windows 10 device iphone cannot sync files aforementioned error code.

i tried setting spare ipad have here in office ran factory reset on, can't sync same error code, seems specific onenote ios app , on ios devices above version 11 (though admittedly don't have ios 10 devices can test with).

currently ios devices running latest ios 11.1.2 , onenote app date latest version 16.7 app store.

any suggestions appreciated.

the several reasons why issue occurred. 1 of these reasons if program conflict. have tool created onenote in ios, please follow troubleshooting steps provided on link.
