iPhone 6 Folder shows Empty in Build 16232 - Microsoft Community

iphone resets have been tried (iphone on ios 10.3.2), , after laptop updated build 16237, iphone folder fine there (never tested iphone in laptop under build 16232). desktop updated 16232, , while iphone seen in explorer, contents of folder continue show empty. wondering if known glitch 16232? workaround using 16237 laptop transfer data iphone purposes, , transfer required files desktop via mobile usb hard drive.

we understand folders in file explorer appear empty after updating build. assist such issue, need isolate few questions:

  • are able transfer files phone?
  • have tried connecting other devices computer , see if folder appears empty well?
