hi nguyen,

there several factors may cause internet explorer crash. may have add-ons , changes made settings, or resent update has been installed.

for sort out problem, know if made changes or installed updates recently. if have, changes or updates?

in meantime, remove add-ons no longer use internet explorer. follow steps in turning off , removing add-ons provided in manage add-ons in internet explorer 11.
