in office account document can't open , teacher mad when happens. please try figure out fast possible please. thanks.

there’s possibility files you're trying open corrupted causes issue. better assist you, please clarify following:

  1. what file type you're trying access?
  2. are getting error messages?
  3. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  4. does same issue happen on other devices?
