how change windows hello display name

so assuming referencing name of device ... correct?

windows hello not use name. with windows hello, show face, or touch finger , recognized. windows hello uses biometric authentication – using face, iris, or fingerprint unlock devices.

cortana uses name if referencing.

if asking renaming device can right on phone. go settings/system/about.

you can edit there seen in screenshot below

you can connect pc , open explorer. see device listed. right click , rename.
