i'm little bit disquieted apparent discrimination in favour of users in forum. has been understanding forum topic - discuss microsoft community site - feedback channel users air views community in general. subtopics include bugs , problems, suggestions , other feedback. bugs, problems , suggestions in theory picked cet, collated , passed on appropriate people action. other feedback consumed appropriate. in case, it's cet's job engage community feedback, except in few cases common user can satisfy concern raised.

i have trawled through site suggestion subtopic. since 1 august, there have been around 12 discrete suggestions apart whatever concrete suggestions may lurking in 'new ui' thread. no member of cet has had courtesy acknowledge of these suggestions, let alone act on them. may be, of course, have been acted upon, in case one-word response takes so.

similarly, in site bug or problem subtopic, counted 33 threads reporting specific problems concerning site (not of them different, of course). solitary thread had visible attention cet 1 complaining forum moderator, should not have been in subtopic in first place.

in contrast cavalier attitude users' problems , suggestions, note requests threads locked dealt promptly cet members, within minutes, , followed post saying so. take example:

the thread had attracted single post since answered, still request dealt , acknowledged within 5 minutes. of course questionable whether should have been locked; supposing phone numbers given changed, example. wonder reason locking was? surely not prevent further notifications the two people involved in it? in mind, not proper task member of cet. if it's justified, should carried out 1 of fms paid maintain health of category, in case windows.

if cet doesn't have time respond legitimate feedback, perhaps might consider making time passing forum moderation tasks on fms responsible. little egotistical reminder, here list of topics have raised in past couple of months.

two of them no longer current, leaves 13 are. regardless of varying import, not 1 of them has elicited response @ cet.

i forward cet's reaction of other users.

perhaps @ nothing in cpc isn't either in 1 of stickies or otherwise somehow brought attention (escalated, split thread subscribed, notified in mod forum (maybe special place there), or directly contacted) or doesn't somehow grab attention eyes skim topics (if have time that).

perhaps it's less subtle hint post these replies applicable stickies rather starting new threads.

perhaps cet has nothing more in them heard {if said beyond request clarification} regarding similar reports posted in sticky threads ("this has been/will escalated/submitted appropriate team" or "this added list" {which won't shared}) initially/sometimes , then, time moves on, negative feedback comments recognizing such replies virtually meaningless since reported problems {with few exceptions} persist, change, or worse. notice several 'resolved' issues resurfaced in last 2 days , can't wonder if they're related and/or caused many 'unannounced features' drop on us.

i assuredly aware of response 'discrimination/bias/tone/targeting' (being ignored, massive voting favoritism, answer marking,,...) in mc far more cet.  consider intentional - , it's not me (though include me). it's 1 of many reasons i've been spending less time here (though health higher) - could/would more in mc if mc not such increasingly discouraging {seemingly hostile} place.
