Build 16288 and build 16291 don't save but reset windows user - Microsoft Community

i noticed since build 16288 windows user settings not saved. after update build 16288 , 16291 user settings have been reset default. if user logs in first time after fresh windows install. occurred after update build 16291 (from 16288). never occurred in past insider builds. else had same experience?

update: installed build 16291 on 2 pc's , on 1 pc user settings saved, while on other pc user settings got reset.
