Blank and non responsive excel window pop up after resize or moving. - Microsoft Community

dear chee , microsoft community,

same problem last 2 months. repaired , reinstalled office several times. windows 10 entr. 64 , excel 2016. annoying bug since can not use solver because switches blank screen , can not choose cell. please advise..?

no use of macros, no use of personal.xlsb file, folder blank.

this happens in excel when try resize screen. but, interestingly happens if opened file opens full screen , try resize. if opened file has small screen (i.e. not fill entire screen) , resize afterwards no problem, can resize.

my registry command line "c:\program files\microsoft office\root\office16\excel.exe" "%1"
