i'm upgrading user from office 365 business premium enterprise e3

du have uninstall his office 365 business premium or can install enterprise e3 on top of office 365 business premium

hi allan,

 

you not need uninstall office 2016 applications on computer, suggest refer steps below deactivate office 2016 on computer , reactivate enterprise e3 account.

1. click link below , login office 365 portal account.

https://portal.office.com/account/#installs

2. click “deactivate”.

3. after that, close office applications, open cmd.exe windows , go folder has “ospp.vbs”. enter appropriate command shown below:

 

for 32 bit windows:

cscript “c:\program files\microsoft office\office16\ospp.vbs” /dstatus

for 64 bit windows:

cscript “c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16\ospp.vbs” /dstatus

 

4. input command “cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:<product key>” uninstall installed product key user-provided partial product key. after can run command in step 3 check if product key has been uninstalled.

5. then, open 1 of office applications. noted reactivate office. in case, can actiavte enterprise e3 account.
