OneDrive Excel 2016 - shared user receiving "Document Not - Microsoft Community

owner of excel 2016 macro-enabled worksheet file , share coworker through onedrive. file size 1.89 mb (relatively small). recently, when trying save file receiving "document not saved" error message (see picture) , unable save. message pops every time has tried save last week , makes things inconvenient. operate on windows 10, on windows 7. have many other similar files share , have never had issue - 1 giving problems. suggestions appreciated. thanks!

1. share file without micro check if issue still exists.

2. share file micro check if issue still exists.

 

to narrow down issue, please provide following information?

1. office version of windows 7 , window 10.

2. confirm if issue occurs before.

3. affected file.
