well benefit of following thread solution to use windows device recovery tool. works on a windows 10 pc , not backward compatible windows 7. after backup works ok. after grief not brave enough factory reset on phone believe send me same error issue.

maybe caused registry error issue  but there no registry cleaner windows 10 mobiles there not can done.
