Cortana crash - Microsoft Community

hi community,

 recently reset , restored windows 10 mobile build 14393.1715. till reset cortana worked fine. crashes everytime when listens voice. why so? tried changing language , all. couldn't fix problem.please find me solution......

since you've mentioned issue started after latest software update, let's check if there's update app. check, open store > tap icon  > download and updates > check for updates.

if issue still persists, may need perform hard reset rule out software issues. method remove including music, photos, messages, contacts, settings , other files. avoid data loss, best create backup.

to reset phone, go settings > system > about > reset your phone. can restore backup anytime after resetting phone.
