received message when opening microsoft word -dw20.exe-system error, (the program can't start because msi.dll missing computedr.  try reinstalling program fix problem.). logged on microsoft.com , downloaded 2010 reinstall. first, did uninstall microsoft 2010 components successfully. re-started computer.  went on line re-install. went through install process. received error 1719, (the windows installer service not accessed.  this can occur if windows installer not correctly installed.  contact support personnel assistance. sent problem report microsoft.

what next step, in order re-install software, works properly.
