WhatsApp not working - Microsoft Community

microsoft lumia 640xl windows 10 has failed launch whatsapp, have tried possible options. when reinstall whatsapp store stuck in loading , stops after while, same happens @ every launch.

plz hard reset , don't backup data start fresh fix problem
