we have shared excel spreadsheet on onedrive. particular spreadsheet has 4 worksheets. share spreadsheet give them access 2 of worksheets , no access other 2.

  as workarounds, may try create new excel workbook, put 2 worksheets want share others. , share new workbook others.
   
  or in original workbook, hide 2 worksheets(right click workbook>choose hide)which don't want give access others, share workbook others no edit permission. (unselect allow editing>   apply>get link view permission.)
